Johnnie Walker Blue Label
Johnnie Walker Blue Label is the Creme de la Creme of the Johnnie Walker range. Layers of big flavors, deep richness, and smoke are accompanied by layers of honey and fruit with an incredibly smooth finish. The master of blends.
Johnnie Walker Blue Label is a commemoration of Alexander Walker’s remarkable 1867 Old Highland Whisky. Using the blending skill that he learned from his father, Alexander Walker harnessed whisky flavors from across Scotland to create a blend of truly rare quality. By the 1920s Alexander hands his whiskey in more than 120 different countries winning worldwide acclaim. The casks that are picked to hold Johnnie Walkers Blue Label are hand-selected from the largest reserves of whisky in the world. Only 1 in 10,000 casks are chosen for holding Jonnie Walker Blue Label. The rare craft that it takes to blend the blue label is in the hands of master blender Jim Beveridge. He handpicks and skilfully blends these rare whiskies with elusive flavors from the four corners of Scotland. At Johnnie Walker they do not leave their blends to mature for a certain time, they stop maturing them, only after tasting, and when they are deemed perfect, then they get bottled.
