SMA Wysoy can be used as the sole source of nutrition for formula-fed babies in the early months and can be mixed with foods once weaning has begun and as your baby gets older. It is suitable for milk protein intolerance, lactose and sucrose intolerance, galactosemia, and galactokinase deficiency. Consult a healthcare professional before use and for dietary advice.

We have been leading research in baby nutrition for over 100 years and have produced SMA Wysoy, a nutritionally complete soy infant formula for babies and young children with a cows’ milk intolerance when they are not being breastfed. SMA Wysoy contains Omega 3 (DHA)*.

How to Open and Prepare Your Baby’s Feed

Whilst this product is made under strict hygienic conditions, it is not sterile. Failure to follow instructions on preparation and storage may make your baby ill.

Pull the safety seal and open the lid. Lift the tab, pull on the foil seal, carefully and safely remove the seal and dispose of it. The scoop is provided under the foil seal.
Wash hands well. Wash and sterilize all utensils according to manufacturers’ instructions.
Boil 1 liter of fresh tap water. Allow boiled water to cool for no more than 30 minutes. Measure the required amount of water (see feeding guide) into a sterilized bottle, carefully – the water is hot. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.
Using only the scoop provided, add the correct number of scoops of powder (see feeding guide), leveling off each scoop with the back of a clean dry knife. Replace lid on the can.
Place the sterilized teat and cap on the bottle and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. Cool bottle under cold running water or in a bowl or jug of cold water until lukewarm, do not immerse the teat. Test temperature by shaking a few drops onto the inside of your wrist.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of products can be arranged either by the buyer, who may collect the goods from our premises once notified that the goods are ready for collection, or by the company delivering to an agreed location, in accordance with the chosen Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CNF) under Incoterms 2020. All dates provided for product delivery are approximate, and we are not liable for any delays, regardless of the cause. Delivery time is not considered an essential term of the contract unless explicitly agreed to by BI-Trade GmbH in writing. Products may be delivered earlier than the specified date, with reasonable notice given to the buyer.
In cases where products are delivered in installments, each installment constitutes a separate contract. Any failure by BI-Trade GmbH to deliver one or more installments, or any claim by the buyer regarding one or more installments, will not entitle the buyer to repudiate the entire contract. Additionally, it will not release the buyer from their obligations under these conditions.
If we are unable to deliver the products for reasons beyond our control or due to fault on the part of the buyer, and BI-Trade GmbH is held liable, our liability will be limited to the amounts paid by the buyer under the contract. BI-Trade GmbH will not be held liable for any failure by a designated shipping agency to deliver the products or for any related violations.
If the buyer fails to take delivery of the products or provide adequate delivery instructions at the agreed time, BI-Trade GmbH reserves the right to:
- Store the products until actual delivery and charge the buyer for reasonable storage costs, including insurance; or
- Sell the products at the best available price and, after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses, either credit the buyer with any excess over the contract price or charge the buyer for any shortfall below the contract price.
